These terms govern your use of CallYo ("the Service"), a call center CRM that helps Shopify merchants confirm cash-on-delivery orders by phone. By installing or using CallYo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CallYo connects to a merchant's Shopify store, syncs orders, and provides tools for call center agents to contact customers and confirm, reschedule, or cancel cash-on-delivery orders. Features include order queues, call history and activity logs, multi-agent management, and order forms.
Merchants (firms) create and manage agent accounts. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your accounts. You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful purposes and for orders your customers have genuinely placed.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The merchant is the controller of their customers' data and is responsible for informing customers and obtaining any consent required by law.
Access to CallYo is provided under the pricing plan the merchant selects. Fees, billing cycles, and any usage limits are shown at the time of subscription. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for periods already used.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the Service to improve it or comply with requirements.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallYo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from a merchant's or agent's use of the Service, including decisions made during customer calls.
You may stop using the Service and uninstall the app at any time. Upon uninstall, we delete the store's data in line with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
